my dad was in a serious accident years ago they were driving through the woods speeding .my dads sister died and my dad neally died 5 times on the opperating table . I can recomend the medgwicks are very good lawyers my uncle went through them and said they have a very perfessional approach and looked at all the evidence before judging him and they won him the case within i think a 2 days to 4 days maybe longer . medgwicks are located in victoria , W.A . states and territorys around the world like N.z . america ect hope this helps and i wish you all the best
IMHO, your barristers are indeed simians. It’s a pretty much open-and-shut case of not respecting your right of way. If she pulled off to side of road, she’s relinquishing right of way to any cars behind her, and if she’s performing a U-turn she was supposed to check traffic both ways before attempting it. What does your insurance say happened, and what did the other side claim?
